folk is a CRM for small sales teams that combines contact management with data enrichment, email and LinkedIn sequences, pipeline tracking, a Chrome extension and Gmail and LinkedIn integrations.
Verdict
Independent discussion is thin: only eight non-promotional comments carry a real opinion. Those users like folk as a simple, quick-to-set-up CRM for solo founders and small teams, and one returned to it because it works with their own AI through MCP. The trade-offs they report are limited data export, a lack of advanced features that pushed one user to Pipedrive, and no mobile app. Promotion is heavy: about 40% of the comments that remained after filtering read as seeded or marketing, several repeating the same 'clean, simple, great for relationships' talking points, and many more were removed earlier as repeat promoters.

In their own words
I use Folk CRM and i like it a lot - easy to use and easy to set up. Much less complicated than other CRMs.
I guess folk.app there are def. Missing parts for my usecase but overall it‘s pretty simple and basic but well done. Good for speed.
Hi I’m in exactly the same situation. I just spent a month testing thing Just for what you describing Folk.app CRM is great. Easy to use and does exactly what you want I did switch from it to Pipedrive because that one also is capable of more advanced features like looking at website visitors and integrating with websites, Facebook ads and automation It is also very intuitive. We will need more advanced feature so…
Lot of affiliates here, try folk crm or Attio if you want something super lightweight and intuitive (coming from a HubSpot partner).
Look at DayAI as well. I'm going back to folk.app. Claude friendly. Be careful with apps like Clarity and DayAI. They charge for AI consumption and those costs can add up quickly. With folk, I can bring my own AI and connect thru MCP. A better tech stage solution in my opinion.
attio's pricing is a bit steep, their plan that has email sequences is $69/mo/user annually folk's premium plan [https://www.folk.app/pricing](https://www.folk.app/pricing) pretty much does the same thing, but is 40/mo/user anually. don't see how attio is worth it at that price point
