Thin evidence

Wiza is a prospecting tool that finds verified email addresses and phone numbers for contacts, including from LinkedIn, with CRM integrations and API access on team plans.

Verdict: Independent discussion is thin: about six non-promotional comments carry a view. They describe Wiza as a good fit for pulling emails from LinkedIn and Sales Navigator, with email quality rated well, but phone numbers as unreliable and coverage narrower than waterfall tools that query many providers. Most Wiza praise on Reddit looked promotional, including a cluster of accounts in February and March 2025 repeating the same Sales Navigator and more-accurate-than-Apollo talking points, so it is excluded here.

In their own words

I use Wiza. Excellent product. Great interface and integration. Good email addresses. Good URLs. Phone numbers are all over the place. It assigned a few phones to my personal record that I’ve never had. So…if you’re emailing, it’s great. Calling, best to verify.
In my experience building automated outreach flows, the "best" tool always depends on your target's geography. Wiza is great for LinkedIn-heavy roles, but FullEnrich often hits better on mobile numbers if you're doing any multi-channel stuff. Whatever you choose, the biggest ROI isn't in the data quality alone, but in how you verify it before hitting "send." Don't trust the native "valid" tags - run them through a s…
FullEnrich wins on waterfall enrichment since it pulls from multiple providers in one shot, but Wiza is cleaner for LinkedIn-specific scraping if that's your main source.
Apollo sucked for me We use Clay and Wiza and that has been solid. I have never found intent data to be anything other than a goose chase or garbage. Clay let's look at other signals though, like hiring, and claygent to research specific things.
If you're going to integrate wiza with LI be careful your account doesn't get banned
