I'd suggest Scrunch AI. I've tried out other like Peec but felt Scrunch was the most complete. Amplitude has a free AI search visibility feature if you're just starting out, but I'm not sure if it's as complete as Ahrefs' brand radar. You might also check out Profound. i haven't seen/used this one personally yet, but it looks pretty interesting.
Your list is pretty much the right checklist, and you're right that most of these tools are a mention count with a nicer label. The most important one is tracking over time. The engines don't give the same answer twice, so a one-time check tells you almost nothing. You want the same prompts run again and again and read as a trend. Same goes for "multi-model."
