yeah instantly support went downhill hard this year. same thing happened to me warming up a bunch of accounts got stuck in orange pool forever despite upgrading. ended up switching to woodpecker for warmup its slower but actually moves you to good pools without the bs. hope you find something better man.
I use woodpecker and find their customer service on deliverability to be great at least when I have questions
No idea if they can catch you but cold email outreach is against the T & C for all email marketing platforms including active campaigns and will probably kick you off if they catch you. I always found woodpecker a bit klunky but they know what they are doing and have a really good blog. Tried a bunch of software over the years and for the price have found klenty really good. Instantly is way more intuitive than Woodpecker or Smartlead imo.
