39/100

Taplio is an AI tool for LinkedIn that helps users write and schedule posts, find posts to engage with, and track post and follower analytics.

Verdict

Most of the discussion is promotional: about two thirds of the 100 comments are marketing, including dozens that plug a Reddit-monitoring tool next to Taplio and a cluster from April to July 2026 in which many accounts repeat the same Taplio talking points (curated commenting feed, engagement builder, lead database) in near-identical wording, some posted twice verbatim. The 14 non-promotional opinions, mostly brief, credit its viral-post research and having LinkedIn drafting and scheduling in one place. Critics call it pricey for what it delivers, say an early engagement bump faded, and warn that LinkedIn penalizes accounts using third-party tools like it.

What users like

  • Viral-post search is the standout for research, showing what has already performed well before you write[1][2]

What users complain about

  • Users warn that LinkedIn penalizes accounts posting through third-party tools like Taplio, with one calling it among the most penalized[1][2]

  • One user saw a traffic jump in the first few days, credited to Taplio's recommendations page, that then died down for good[1]
  • Described as a glorified scheduler that leaves tying content to pipeline up to you[1]

In their own words

Yes, I saw this also, never used Kleo before, but it seems it was a great product. I've been using Taplio for 6 months now, and it's a really great product. Especially the feature to search viral posts, it's a game-changer for me.

Personally I’m in the same boat, but do love Taplio for the research part of content building: looking up viral posts/searching previous content to see what has done well. I like the extension piece of Taplio so you can see all stats for a LinkedIn user without leaving LinkedIn

Using Taplio for a long time and is doing a great job for content creation, but also you can manage the scheduling for LinkedIn at the same time.

Taplio is good for the first three, not sure about the fourth. It does posts, repurpose content, carousels and hooks. It is pricey at $65 per month.

Yeah. I've found a combination of Gemini and ChatGPT has been pretty good. Gemini is great on how to optimize web and Substack posts. ChatGPT can help with post text. Taplio is pretty good at posting on LinkedIn although it doesn't solve the problem of LinkedIn being a very low yield platform.

I've seen Podwa and Lempod in action.... for you to say not all pods are spammy... ehhhhh? That's not what LinkedIn is showing. Shield on the other hand, I've worked with way too many people to see that has gotten their account restricted. I would actually take Taplio over that in terms of Shield analytics. Lemlist is pretty good too and their voice feature is a nice novelty to have as well as the email functiona…
