Navattic review
In their own words
We just went through this process and are in procurement of a tool. Consensus is really awesome - Great analytics but they were the most expensive. They were 4x-5x more expensive than the other vendors we looked at (we evaluated 7) Arcade was a very close runner up for us. They were going to have issues providing the level of analytics we wanted, but were willing to build it for us. Their pricing was competitive. …
I haven’t tried Storylane but I’ve used Navattic for my SaaS startup for ~ 3 years. We’ve been pretty happy with it for a few reasons - I can edit the data in my demo environment and the demos look like our actual product - Chat + CSM is always pretty fast and helpful, they also share data on best practices - It shows what companies are going through my website demos Some things we’ve had challenges with - Can…
Would echo all the people who mentioned Navattic! I've used others in the past, but what really set them apart for me was their customer service. My company's platform goes through a lot of major UI hauls (especially in this age of AI), and their team has been super helpful in navigating updates, troubleshooting screen captures, etc!
Joining the thread late, but here are my 2 cents: All of the demo tools are pretty good and have mostly feature parity. I build my demos on Navattic because that was honestly the first tool I came to know.. and just stuck with it because it's really easy to use and I like they are HTML based and actually interactive vs. a screenshot. I am not sure how important customer support is but Navattic has pretty great suppor…
Nope, I actually tried Navattic and DemoSlice both in my previous company, and Navattic is significantly better for building a demo. It was definitely not like you suggested for us. Easy to use, not complicated like others, simple and effective, great support with a great team who also build features for you on your request. I don't have a product to sell anymore as I opened my own e-commerce store in Germany but I w…
We have tested both Navattic and Storylane at [sqanit.com](http://sqanit.com) and Navattic convinced us more. The creation process feels more user friendly and even the free version provides deeper analytics which helps to see what resonates. If you do not necessarily need interactivity and a solid video is enough, Loom is the simplest choice. If you want higher polish and are fine with a paid option, Screen Studio …

About 18 non-promotional comments carry an opinion, nearly all from customers, several of them multi-year users across more than one company. They consistently praise responsive support, analytics that show which accounts viewed a demo, and HTML captures that look like the real product; the recurring limits are that demos follow one or a few paths rather than replicating a full environment, licences are counted by seat, and one user of both tools found Storylane faster to build in. Over half the Reddit mentions are promotional: dozens of near-identical comments name Navattic only to praise Consensus, others plug Pulse for Reddit, and most complaints about Navattic's price come from accounts pitching rival builders such as Supademo. Navattic scores 61/100 from 18 independent comments (14 positive, 2 mixed, 2 negative).
Marketing and sales teams embedding click-through demos on a website or sending them around calls; Teams that want to see which accounts viewed a demo; Buyers who value hands-on vendor support.
Replicating a full product environment or demoing complex multi-workflow products; Teams that need demo access for every rep on a small seat budget.
Storylane (50/100), Supademo (47/100), ranked by independent interactive demo discussion.
