7/100

Maildoso sells SMTP mailboxes for cold outbound email, with automated domain and DNS setup, IP rotation and mailbox health monitoring.

Verdict: Independent users mostly report poor inbox placement: mail landing in spam after warmup, domains that stopped performing, and one agency that says it lost clients, with a former customer adding that support blames copy instead of the infrastructure. A couple of users found it a simple, workable all-in-one setup, but the positive side is brief. Nearly half of the 22 comments look promotional, including a reseller seeding cluster and a run of casual 2026 posts repeating the same cheap-SMTP-versus-Google-Workspace talking points, one thread of which another commenter called out as shilling.

What users like

  • A simple all-in-one way to buy mailboxes for a small setup, per one cold-email practitioner[1]
  • One user's mailboxes, warmed for about three weeks, held steady at 40 sends a day for months[1]

What users complain about

  • Mail lands in spam even after warmup: users report about half going to spam at 10 sends a day, domains that stopped firing, and lost clients; one deliverability-minded commenter blames the shared IPs[1][2][3][4]
  • Support and its deliverability experts blame the email copy rather than investigating the infrastructure[1][2]
  • Lacked built-in analytics, so monitoring deliverability needed third-party tools (2025 report)[1]

Best for

  • Small setups that want an all-in-one mailbox purchase and will watch placement closely

Skip it if

  • Agencies whose client results depend on inbox placement
  • Teams that expect the vendor to troubleshoot spam placement
PricingVendor-statedFrom $75/mo

In their own words

solid foundation. building infrastructure before sending puts you ahead of most people. few things i'd update though. don't buy domains through Smartlead or Instantly. use InboxKit or Maildoso for purchasing. if you're doing a mix of Google and Microsoft, InboxKit is the move. if it's smaller and you want a simple all-in-one setup, Maildoso works great. for sequencers: Lemlist if you're really small and want multi-โ€ฆ
Sounds like you didn't warm your accounts at all, so no surprise they're burned after 7 days of sending. Try warming for 21 days, then gradually scaling up your sending volume. I have Maildoso accounts purchased in October that consistently send 40 per day, 7 days a week each now. Happy to help with any questions you have
fck maildoso - warmed up 2 weeks, started to send 10 mails a day - instant drop 50% in spam :) either u warm up for months, or u just get a better infra.
Same shit here. Maildoso is totally crap. I lost a few clients because of them. The deliverability is lower than all solutions in the market, workspaces resellers killing this bullshit software. Don't use maildoso, that is just waste of time and money ๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿ‘Ž
If it is related to the copy then why are three of the five domains that I have placed with, Maildoso, you not firing?
Don't launch at 9am. A campaign that starts in spam doesn't warm its way out, it digs deeper: zero opens and zero replies confirm to Gmail that nobody wants this mail, and every send adds another negative data point against the domain. Your five weeks of warmup aren't wasted, but warmup builds history for your sender identity. It can't repair the shared IPs Maildoso puts you on, and that's the most likely thing yourโ€ฆ
