Zapmail

Thin evidence

Zapmail sells Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 mailboxes for outreach, automating mailbox creation and DNS setup and connecting them to sending tools.

Verdict: Independent discussion is thin: four users speak positively, mainly that Zapmail takes domain provisioning and DNS setup off their hands, and one praises fast support, but none give detailed deliverability results. The only criticisms come from competitors, MailReach's founder arguing cheaper providers trail Google and Microsoft bought directly and a mailbox reseller claiming the same inboxes for less, so they are not counted. Nearly half of the 17 comments are promotional, including an email-verifier seeding cluster, and several independent commenters advise moving a small test batch before migrating everything.

    In their own words

id probably keep the google mailboxes that are performing well and only test cheaper options gradually. In my experience deliverability differences can be real depending on the niche. we use zapmail for some of the domain provisioning and dns which atleast cuts down on the operational side without having to move everything at once.
zapmail. each domain sits in its own workspace and the dns/spf/skim is done for you when the mailbox spins up
I use google workspace for mailbox just make sure to warm new inboxes before ramping volume and use separate domains for outreach. I then use zapmail for domain setup and reachinbox for sending, warmup and sequencing. Its been a simple, reliable stack for me.
\+1 on zapmail. been on it for a while now and tbh the support hasbeen the biggest difference for me. they've always been quick to help, whenever i had an issue or question
