Loops review
Loops is an email platform for SaaS companies that sends marketing campaigns, event-triggered automated emails and transactional email from one tool, priced by subscribed contacts.
Verdict
Independent discussion is thin: only seven non-promotional comments give a first-hand opinion of Loops, all brief and all positive. Early-stage SaaS founders and solo makers say it is simple to use, lets them trigger onboarding sequences from in-app actions, and is cheap or free at small list sizes. No independent user reported a drawback, so its limits as flows and lists grow are unknown; most other mentions are passing recommendations, and a few came from people pitching their own email or marketing products.

In their own words
Sounds like you have two different needs. Transactional emails, and onboarding/news emails. We're using Loops for the latter. [https://loops.so/](https://loops.so/) What we like about Loops is being able to trigger a different sequence of emails based on a user action while using the app. (e.g. new trial user signed up, credit card entered, free trial expired, etc.)
Definitely [Loops](https://loops.so/) email! Their pitch is literally email platform for saas haha. Been using it as a solopreneur for digital products. Has campaign templates and automations specifically for saas launches (onboarding to drip, to update emails etc). Great ui too. Best part is it’s free for sub 2k email sends! Not an affiliate! Just very fond of it 💯
We're using [loops.so](http://loops.so), works great and it's really simple to use. It also has a direct integration with framer that is what we used to build the landing page.
[Loops.so](http://Loops.so) is what im using and is pretty modern and great so far
Klaviyo is awesome, but is entirely Ecom specific. From my extensive market research + personal experiences these seem to be the top five in no particular order: [encharge.io](http://encharge.io), ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp (gross), [Loops.so](http://Loops.so) (my favorite), and customer.io.
Never liked them, switched to [loops.so](http://loops.so) and haven't looked back. Gets the job done, and free until i reach 1k users which is going to take a while :)) and then i will happily pay.
