Regie.ai

regie.ai
Thin evidence

Regie.ai sells AI sales prospecting software that builds lead lists, enriches and verifies contacts, drafts outbound messages and dials, sold on a credit-based model.

Verdict: Independent discussion is thin: only four Reddit comments carry a first-hand or evaluated opinion, and none is clearly positive. Users report AI personalization that reads generic or wrong, a heavy dependence on clean CRM data (one prospect received messages personalized to a job he left two years earlier), and one org that ran it for a year without booking meetings. The one partly favourable view is that it suits nurture-style campaigns better than personalized one-to-one outbound.

What users like

  • One user who tested it rates it as good for nurture campaigns, while weaker for personalized outreach[1]

What users complain about

  • AI personalization reads templated or off; one org says a year of use booked no meetings[1][2]
  • Output depends on CRM hygiene: stale records produced messages referencing a prospect's former employer, and duplicate emails across accounts mixed up contact details[1][2]
  • An evaluator saw it as a clunky fit next to an existing Outreach or Salesloft setup, useful mainly for top-of-funnel work[1]

Best for

  • Nurture-style campaigns rather than one-to-one outbound
  • Teams with clean, actively maintained CRM data

Skip it if

  • Teams with outdated or duplicate CRM records
  • Teams expecting it to book meetings on its own
  • Orgs already running Outreach or Salesloft looking for a clear fit

In their own words

Interesting.. I have found that if you have 2 people with the same email on 2 different accounts (Poor data), it messes up the details even though you give it the contact ID.. What my gut tells me is that Regie is really good for nuture campaigns (Like other Mkt tools), but for personalized outreach it lacks a bit behind.
My org used Regie last year for about 1 year and I don’t think it got any meetings booked. Every email was the same template with random personalization that just seemed off. Right idea, bad execution, maybe it’s better in 2026?
Regie is too dependent on good CRM hygiene. I had an SDR outbound to me with AI messages personalized to my former employer from almost 2 years ago. If you or someone at your org isn't full time cleaning up CRM, the brand reputation risk is way too high
Looked at [Regie.ai](http://Regie.ai) earlier this year. Just not sure how it fits in a tech stack if you've already got an Outreach/Salesloft. I guess you can use it for high top of funnel stuff but idk, just a bit of clunky fit until they have a full stand alone engagement tool
