2/100

11x sells AI agents for revenue teams, chiefly Alice for outbound email and social outreach and Julian, a voice agent for inbound qualification and account expansion.

Verdict: Independent first-hand reports on 11x are mostly negative: buyers describe trials and pilots that ran for months with few or no positive replies, support that fell short, and a hard-sell buying process. The lone unsponsored positive report is brief (a few good meetings in four months), so independent discussion is thin, and a 2025 TechCrunch report quoted in the corpus said 11x showed logos of companies that were not customers. About two thirds of the Reddit mentions were promotional: rival tools using 11x as a foil, plus a run of uncritical praise for its Alice agent, including one comment posted word for word by three accounts.

What users like

  • One four-month user says it works fine and sourced a few good meetings[1]

What users complain about

  • Months of campaigns with little to show: users report few or no positive replies, including one team that sent 7,000 targeted emails over three months for zero positive responses[1][2][3][4]
  • Support falls short: one customer describes an overworked CSM who left them to set things up alone, another a tool that kept getting buggy while support stopped responding[1][2]
  • Hard-sell buying process: one evaluator got an order form they called grossly overpriced after a single call and a limited demo, with no lightweight evaluation offered; a former customer called the company shady to work with[1][2]
  • A customer was told not to include links in emails, which left no UTM tracking to show whether prospects visited the site[1]
  • Trust concerns: a quoted TechCrunch report said 11x displayed logos of non-customers and lost most early customers, and a former customer found its LinkedIn headcount padded with locked, nameless profiles[1][2]

Best for

  • Teams that can fund a multi-month trial before expecting replies

Skip it if

  • Buyers who need proof of results before signing
  • Teams that want a lightweight, self-serve evaluation
  • Teams that track outreach through links and UTM data
PricingVendor-stated

Sales-led pricing; no public plans or pricing page (the /pricing URL returns 404) and every call to action on the site routes to a demo booking.

In their own words

Using 11x for 4 months and works just fine, sourced a few good meetings for us

I've used 11x for 3 months, and sent several campaigns, each highly targeted- 7k emails sent - 0 positive responses received and a handful of out-of-office or wrong person. This is really frustrating and we have emailed similar groups of people manually with better results. I think that the concept is good, but the execution is just not ideal (although they do constantly ship new features) We had a dedicated CSM, …

Some updates here: after a few months, I am considering discontinuing the use of 11x, first of all, still no results, second the tool keeps getting buggy and support team hasn't been reactive, despite usually being very reactive.

same thing happened to us, and we also tried 11x, and the experience was not great
We used 11x for about 3 months before cancelling. Incredibly shady company to work with. Hell, I just looked at their LinkedIn and they show 347 employees (after having less than 50 last year when we met with them), but if you go through their employees they’re all locked profiles with no profile pictures and seemingly fake names (one is literally first name: Whatever, last name: Dude). This company is beyond f…

I almost never post on Reddit, but I spent time attempting to evaluate 11x and had such a weird/poor experience I feel compelled to share in hopes that you don't also waste your time. To preface, I've worked in sales at several early-stage startups for most of my career and understand what a challenge it can be. I have nothing but respect for the grind that folks working in early GTM organizations go through and woul…
