# Woodpecker

Woodpecker is a cold email and LinkedIn outreach platform with built-in deliverability tools such as warmup, inbox rotation and email verification. Website: woodpecker.co. Category: [Cold Email & Sequencing](https://gtmranked.com/best/cold-email/). Not enough independent evidence to rank (5 rated comments).

**Verdict:** Independent discussion is thin: only about five Reddit comments give a first-hand opinion of Woodpecker, and two of those date from 2019 and 2020. Users credit its warmup and its support on deliverability questions, while two found it clunky or less intuitive than Instantly. Eleven of the 27 mentions were promotional, mostly accounts using Woodpecker threads to plug Mails AI, Mystrika and Saleshandy, so the generic praise in listicles carries little weight.

**What users like:**
- Warmup moved accounts into good sending pools after Instantly's left them stuck, though the user found it slower [1](https://www.reddit.com/r/Coldemailing/comments/1rwy3ln/_/ob9u97a/)
- Support answers deliverability questions well, and the team is seen as knowing cold email [1](https://www.reddit.com/r/Emailmarketing/comments/idxe38/_/g2dnri3/) [2](https://www.reddit.com/r/Emailmarketing/comments/byyztv/_/eqszyum/)

**What users complain about:**
- Interface described as clunky, and less intuitive than Instantly [1](https://www.reddit.com/r/Emailmarketing/comments/byyztv/_/eqszyum/) [2](https://www.reddit.com/r/EmailProspecting/comments/1knb4f8/_/mxcywj1/)

**Best for:** Senders who want warmup and deliverability help from the same vendor.
**Skip it if:** Buyers who rank an intuitive interface above everything else.
**Pricing (vendor-stated, checked 2026-10-14):** Single usage-based plan priced by contacted prospects per month: $35/mo for 500 prospects billed monthly, or $24/mo ($280/yr) billed annually, rising with volume; unlimited team members and email accounts; LinkedIn, extra warmups and integrations are paid add-ons; 14-day free trial with no credit card; no free plan.
