# UserGems

UserGems is a go-to-market signals platform that tracks buying signals such as job changes and uses AI agents for research, scoring, personalization and workflows. Website: usergems.com. Category: [Intent Signals & Visitor ID](https://gtmranked.com/best/intent-signals/). Not enough independent evidence to rank (3 rated comments).

**Verdict:** Independent discussion is very thin: only three non-promotional comments carry an opinion. A former customer rated its data decent but said many contacts needed double-checking, and two others question whether intent and job-change alerts are worth enterprise prices without a strong process to act on them. Three of the 7 comments were promotional: a Crustdata pitch, a Lonescale plug from an account that plugs other tools elsewhere, and a stack list from a tooling vendor.

**What users like:**
- A former customer described the contact data as decent [1](https://www.reddit.com/r/sales/comments/1mvnvvu/_/n9rgv9f/)

**What users complain about:**
- Data was not reliable enough to use blind: a former customer had to double-check quite a few contacts [1](https://www.reddit.com/r/sales/comments/1mvnvvu/_/n9rgv9f/)
- Seen as enterprise-priced for what is a simple signal; one commenter puts job-change alert tools like it at $40-60k a year [1](https://www.reddit.com/r/coldemail/comments/1pk7e4q/_/ntonwl4/)
- Signals can be too broad or too late and become an ignored alert feed without a strong process behind them [1](https://www.reddit.com/r/sales/comments/1r1k2ly/_/o4sj9r2/)

**Best for:** Larger sales teams with budget and a defined process for acting on job-change alerts.
**Skip it if:** Small teams that only need a basic job-change alert.
**Pricing (vendor-stated, checked 2026-10-14):** Annual contracts via sales: Core $40,000/yr, Advanced $75,000/yr, Elite $150,000/yr, plus one-time implementation fees of $3k-$10k; Enterprise pricing on request. No free plan or trial; vendor offers money back if there is no closed-won ROI.
